Dalaroo Metals secures AU$1 million in strategic placement with support from local Cote dIvoire partners.

Dalaroo Metals Limited (ASX: DAL) has successfully raised AU$1 million through a strategic placement at AU$0.025 per share, accompanied by one free attaching option for every three shares, exercisable at AU$0.036 and expiring on 23 August 2029. The placement received strong support from existing shareholders, all three company directors, and local partners in Côte d’Ivoire, demonstrating solid confidence in Dalaroo’s growth strategy. Funds will be used to progress exploration activities across Côte d’Ivoire, Greenland, and Western Australia, as well as for working capital and new project assessments.

The placement includes two tranches—AU$877,500 from institutional and professional investors, and AU$122,500 from directors, subject to shareholder approval. The offer was oversubscribed and conducted on an invitation-only basis. PAC Partners acted as Lead Manager. The company also announced the resignation of CEO Chris Connell, who will remain during the transition while Dalaroo searches for a new leader.
