dorsaVi Validates Advanced 40nm RRAM Technology for Next-Gen Edge AI and Embedded Systems

dorsaVi Limited (ASX: DVL) has confirmed the strong performance of its licensed 40nm Resistive Random-Access Memory (RRAM) technology, demonstrating its suitability for high-speed, low-power applications in embedded and edge AI platforms. The RRAM platform operates in both binary and analog modes, supporting traditional memory storage and neuromorphic computing. Key metrics include 50–200 nanoseconds switching speed, over 10 million endurance cycles, and more than 10 years of data retention at 85°C, highlighting its reliability and efficiency.

This technology promises to enhance sensor responsiveness, reduce latency, and enable smarter, autonomous decision-making in wearables, robotics, and advanced AI systems. dorsaVi plans further testing and integration of RRAM in its ViMove platform, aiming to expand into adjacent markets such as robotics and neuromorphic computing, solidifying its position in next-generation AI-enabled sensor technology.
