E79 Gold Commences High-Resolution Gravity Survey at Cue Gold Project
E79 Gold Mines Limited (ASX: E79) has initiated a detailed ground-based gravity survey at its newly secured Cue Gold Project within Western Australia’s Murchison region, formally launching its first exploration campaign at the site. The high-resolution survey, a key tool for identifying subsurface structural features associated with gold mineralisation, is expected to be completed over a three-week period, with interpretation and processing planned for January 2026.
Gravity surveying has a strong track record in the district, where it has played a pivotal role in defining cross-cutting structural corridors at neighbouring high-grade operations such as the Great Fingall Mine and the Break of Day deposit. Data generated from the program will be combined with reinterpreted historical magnetic information to enhance geological understanding and prioritise drill-ready targets. The Cue Gold Project spans roughly 65 square kilometres and is located immediately south of the highly productive Day Dawn goldfield, which has delivered in excess of 1.8 million ounces of gold. The project’s geological setting is considered highly favourable for high-grade quartz reef-style gold systems, providing a compelling platform for future exploration success.
