Emu NL Secures AU$1.4 Million Placement to Advance 2026 Drilling Program.

Emu NL (ASX: EMU) has strengthened its funding position through firm commitments for an AU$1.4 million placement, issuing 39 million shares at AU$0.036 each to professional and sophisticated investors. The placement will be completed under the company’s existing ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A capacities, with settlement and allotment scheduled for 20–21 November 2025. Participants will also receive unlisted options, subject to shareholder approval, on a one-for-two basis with an exercise price of AU$0.07. Following completion, the company’s total fully paid shares will increase to approximately 286.2 million.

Funds raised will partially support an expanded 2026 drilling program of up to 19,000 metres across the Fiery Creek and Yataga Valley targets, along with analytical work, offer costs, and working capital. Meanwhile, drilling at the Yataga Copper Project is expected to commence by late November 2025, pending site access and ongoing monitoring of bushfire-related risks.
