HomeCo Daily Needs REIT (ASX: HDN) has declared a quarterly distribution of AU$0.0215 per unit for the period ending March 2026, continuing its regular income payout strategy. The units will trade exdistribution from March 30, with a record date of March 31, and payments scheduled for May 22, 2026. The distribution is fully unfranked, indicating no associated tax credits for investors. Alongside the cash payout, the REIT is offering a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), enabling investors to reinvest their earnings into additional units rather than receiving cash.
