Enova Mining Reports High-Grade Rare Earth Mineralisation at Charley Creek
Enova Mining Ltd (ASX: ENV) has delivered encouraging drilling results from the Cattle Creek Prospect at its Charley Creek Rare Earth Project in the Northern Territory, confirming widespread saprolite-hosted rare earth element mineralisation and supporting the project’s development prospects. The recently completed drilling program comprised seven air-core holes totalling 422 metres and 27.1 metres of diamond coring, with multiple high-grade intercepts including 25.6 metres at 1,583 ppm TREO from 39 metres, incorporating 6 metres at 4,684 ppm TREO, and 12 metres at 1,519 ppm TREO from 36 metres, including 3 metres at 3,013 ppm TREO. Peak assay results reached 8,218 ppm TREO with strong neodymium-praseodymium (NdPr) ratios of up to 25.2%, while drilling confirmed that the underlying fresh gneissic basement is not the primary host of mineralisation. The Company will now commence mineral characterisation and metallurgical test work to assess processing routes while advancing further exploration to define the continuity and scale of the saprolite-hosted REE system.
