Genetic Technologies Limited (ASX: GTG) has announced significant leadership changes effective 14 May 2025. Mr. Michael Walker has been appointed as the Executive Chairman and Managing Director. The company also confirmed the resignation of Mr. John Polinelli and the appointment of Mr. William Musgrave as a Non-Executive Director. Musgrave brings over two decades of commercial and legal experience, along with a background in marketing and communication, to support GTG’s strategic objectives.
In executive updates, Mr. Jules Grove from Automic Group has been named Chief Financial Officer. A Chartered Accountant with a strong background in audit and commercial finance, Grove is focused on helping growth companies through effective financial processes. Additionally, Ms. Priyamvada (Pia) Rasal has been appointed Joint Company Secretary. With over 14 years of governance and corporate secretarial experience, her expertise spans both ASX-listed and private companies. Mr. Mark Ziirsen will remain with GTG in his current capacity.
