GR Engineering Delivers Strong Cash Generation and Maintains Robust Project Pipeline in HY26
GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX: GNG) delivered a solid operating outcome for the half year ended 31 December 2025, supported by disciplined project execution and a strong balance sheet. Revenue for the period totalled AU$218.0 million, while net profit after tax reached AU$17.2 million, reflecting continued activity across mineral processing and energy services. The Group ended the period with AU$86.5 million in cash and no external debt, underlining its low capital intensity business model and strong cash conversion. During the half, GR Engineering continued work on several major EPC contracts, including King of the Hills, Eloise Copper and Lake Way, while maintaining a high level of engineering studies and early contractor involvement activities. Subsequent to period end, the Group secured preferred contractor status on additional projects, further strengthening revenue visibility. The board approved a fully franked interim distribution of 12.0 cents per share, highlighting the company’s continued priority on shareholder distributions.
