High-Chargeability Anomalies Identified at May Queen Gold Project Following IP Survey

Australasian Metals Limited (ASX: A8G) has completed a successful IP geophysical survey at its May Queen Gold Project in Queensland, identifying strong chargeability anomalies that support the presence of a potential gold-copper porphyry system. The most significant result includes a high-chargeability zone with a 400–500 metre strike length, possibly indicating sulphide mineralisation or related alteration. This key anomaly was confirmed through Gradient Array (GAIP) and Dipole-Dipole (DDIP) survey lines conducted in May 2025.

The data reinforces findings from earlier diamond drilling campaigns and highlights new drill targets. Two drill holes, PH01 and PH02, are proposed to test the most prominent anomalies. Preliminary results from earlier drill holes also showed encouraging gold grades. Further exploration steps will include field mapping and geochemical sampling before drilling begins. The survey, conducted efficiently and under budget, reflects growing potential for mineralisation within the Brovinia goldfield region.
