Horizon Gold Limited (ASX: HRN) is making significant strides at its 100%-owned Gum Creek Gold Project in Western Australia. The company recently reported strong results from RC and diamond drilling across key prospects—Swan, Swift, Howards, and Wedge—highlighting numerous broad, shallow, and high-grade gold intercepts. Notably, the Howards Prospect yielded results such as 28m @ 3.88g/t Au and 74m @ 0.88g/t Au, affirming substantial mineralisation potential.
These results are set to feed into updated Mineral Resource Estimates (MREs) in Q3 2025, supporting the ongoing Feasibility Study due early 2026. Horizon aims to optimize mine design and water management while exploring underground mining opportunities. The project currently boasts a resource of 2.14Moz Au across 44.45Mt @ 1.50g/t Au. With robust gold prices and expansion drilling planned, Horizon is positioning Gum Creek as a viable standalone gold operation
