IODM Expands European Growth Strategy Through Enhanced TransferMate Partnership
IODM Limited (ASX: IOD) has strengthened its position in the higher education sector by expanding its revenue-sharing agreement with global payments provider TransferMate to include universities across the United Kingdom and Europe. The amended agreement takes effect immediately and extends the arrangement originally announced in July 2025, enabling IODM to receive a share of payments revenue generated by TransferMate from all universities using the IODM Connect platform throughout the expanded region. The development builds on IODM’s established presence within the UK higher education market and is expected to support the Company’s broader strategy of increasing penetration across European institutions. Management highlighted that the agreement reinforces the value of the IODM brand and the strength of its cloud-based IODM Connect platform, which provides automated accounts receivable and payment management solutions. The expanded partnership is anticipated to create additional recurring revenue opportunities while enhancing IODM’s ability to deepen relationships with universities and strategic partners across Europe.
