Jindalee Lithium Advances Funding Plans with Major Capital Raising Initiative
Jindalee Lithium Limited (ASX: JLL) revealed plans to raise up to AU$11 million to accelerate development activities at its McDermitt Lithium Project and support the planned NASDAQ listing of US Elemental Inc. The company successfully secured commitments of around AU$8.5 million through a placement involving institutional, professional, and sophisticated investors. Alongside this, Jindalee introduced an entitlement offer targeting an additional AU$2.5 million, enabling eligible shareholders to participate under equivalent pricing terms.
The funding package also includes attaching options for investors, offering an opportunity to acquire additional shares in the future. According to the company, the proceeds will mainly be directed toward exploration programs, infill drilling, metallurgical testing, permitting work, and transaction-related expenses associated with the proposed US listing. Management noted that the strong investor response reflects confidence in the long-term potential of the McDermitt Lithium Project and the company’s strategy to strengthen its position in the critical minerals sector.
