KKR Credit Income Fund Declares Monthly Distribution of 1.67 CPU
KKR Credit Income Fund (ASX: KKC) has announced a monthly distribution of 1.67 cents per unit for the payment period ending 31 May 2026. The distribution is scheduled to be paid on 24 June 2026, with the ex-date set for 28 May and the record date on 29 May 2026. The fund stated that the distribution is expected to consist entirely of foreign income, with no return of capital component attached to the payment. The payout remains unfranked, continuing the structure adopted in previous distributions.
KKR Credit Income Fund stated that its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will continue to apply for the current distribution cycle, while unitholders who choose not to participate will receive cash payments instead. The reinvestment price will be determined based on the relationship between the fund’s net asset value and volume-weighted average price during the pricing period in June 2026.
