Manhattan Corporation to Commence Fieldwork at High-Grade Hook Lake Project in Nunavut, Canada

Manhattan Corporation Ltd (ASX: MHC) is set to commence exploration at its Hook Lake Project in eastern Nunavut, Canada, following approvals from the Nunavut Planning Commission and Kivalliq Inuit Association. The project hosts the high-grade Turquetil Lake gold deposit and several volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) targets. Fieldwork will begin in late July and includes geological mapping, prospecting, and rock chip sampling, focusing on key zones like Turquetil and Heninga Lake.

Turquetil has a historic foreign resource estimate of 3.4Mt at 2.38g/t Au (~285,000 oz Au), with surface sampling indicating potential expansion. Previous drilling at Heninga has yielded strong copper, zinc, silver, and gold results. The Company also plans to conduct an airborne magnetics survey to refine structural understanding and identify new targets, particularly BIF-hosted gold systems. This program aims to fast-track Turquetil to a JORC-compliant resource and advance surrounding prospects. Manhattan sees strong potential to develop Tier One resource assets within this underexplored greenstone belt.
