MRC Progresses Toward Skaland Graphite Project Sale Completion

Mineral Commodities Ltd (ASX: MRC) has confirmed key developments in the sale of its Skaland Graphite Project in Norway. Through its subsidiary, MRC Graphite Norway Pty Ltd, the company entered into a binding share purchase agreement with Norge Mineraler Holding AS to divest 100% ownership of Skaland Graphite AS. All conditions of the agreement were fulfilled by 17 March 2025, with transaction completion and payment initially expected by 21 March 2025. However, finalization is now anticipated by 9 June 2025. Should delays persist beyond this date, the interest on outstanding dues will escalate from 12.5% to 20% per annum retroactive to 21 March. To ensure performance, Norge Mineraler’s parent company has provided a corporate guarantee. MRC continues its vision of becoming a vertically integrated producer of graphitic anode materials, emphasizing sustainability and governance in its operations
