Murray Cod Australia Limited (ASX: MCA) has successfully completed the institutional component of its fully underwritten entitlement offer, raising approximately AU$10.1 million to strengthen its capital base. The offer, priced at AU$0.15 per share, attracted solid participation from institutional investors, achieving a take-up rate of around 67.6%. Shares not subscribed under the entitlement were allocated through a bookbuild process, reflecting continued investor demand. The capital raising supports the Company’s refreshed strategic direction, underpinned by its vertically integrated aquaculture operations and growing inventory of saleable biomass.
