SRJ Technologies Group Plc (ASX: SRJ) has completed a capital raise of AU$2.57 million, attracting strong participation from institutional and sophisticated investors. The funds will be used to support ongoing contract execution, meet near-term operational costs, and pursue additional business opportunities in the Middle East. The company currently holds a contract pipeline with an estimated value of around US$23.3 million over the next few years, with revenue expected to start flowing from several projects in Q2 2026.
In the past year, SRJ has improved its operational structure by reducing costs, strengthening its ability to contract directly, and securing multiple agreements, including those involving advanced inspection technologies. Strategic steps such as forming joint ventures and acquiring a locally registered entity have enhanced its regional presence. With fresh capital in place, the company is now focused on delivering existing contracts and building sustainable long-term growth.
