North Stawell Minerals Launches AU$3.6 million Capital Raising via Placement and Entitlement Offer

North Stawell Minerals Ltd (ASX: NSM) has announced a two-part capital raising initiative to secure up to approximately AU$3.6 million before transaction costs. The Company has completed a placement to sophisticated investors, raising around AU$1.5 million, and is now launching a pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer to increase to AU$2.1 million. Eligible shareholders can subscribe to two new shares for every nine existing shares held as of the record date, 7:00 pm AEST on 19 June 2025. Both offers are priced at AU$ 0.03 per share.

The entitlement offer is not underwritten, and the Company confirms compliance with applicable corporate regulations under the Corporations Act. No material impact on the Company's control is expected. The proceeds will support North Stawell Minerals' ongoing exploration and corporate objectives.
