NRW Holdings (ASX: NWH) is a diversified Australian contractor serving the resources, infrastructure and industrial sectors, with operations extending into New Zealand and North America. In FY25, the group strengthened its market position through disciplined expansion and the strategic acquisition of Fredon Industries, which established its fourth pillar—EMIT—adding electrical, mechanical, infrastructure and technology capabilities. FY25 results demonstrated resilience despite extreme weather disruptions and industry challenges, with revenue reaching AU$3.3 billion, underlying EBITA of AU$207.9 million and a strong AU$6.1 billion order book. Segment performance was led by robust Civil and MET growth, while Mining remained steady under challenging conditions. NRW enters FY26 with a AU$7.1 billion work-in-hand position, a AU$20.9 billion pipeline, and upgraded guidance of ~AU$4.1 billion revenue and EBITA of AU$260–265 million, underpinning a positive outlook.
