Patriot Resources Secures AU$2.2M via Oversubscribed Capital Raising

Patriot Resources Limited (ASX: PAT) has successfully completed an oversubscribed capital raising, securing a total of AU$2.2 million. The company issued 31.6 million fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.06 per share, initially raising approximately AU$1.9 million under ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A. To accommodate high demand, Patriot accepted an additional AU$300,000 through 5 million extra shares, pending shareholder approval. Notably, several strategic, institutional, and high-net-worth investors participated, affirming strong market confidence in Patriot’s growth strategy. Broker options totaling 6 million, exercisable at AU$0.09 and valid for two years, will also be issued upon approval. The funds will support drilling at the Katwaro Copper-Gold Project, advance other exploration efforts including the Sugarloaf option, and cover due diligence, working capital, and placement costs. CPS Capital Group and Foster Stockbroking acted as joint managers for the placement, which was approved by the company’s Board of Directors.
