Petratherm Limited: Expanding Titanium-Rich Heavy Mineral Discoveries

Petratherm Limited (ASX: PTR) is an Australian exploration company advancing discoveries in copper and critical minerals, with a strong focus on heavy mineral sands (HMS). Its flagship Muckanippie Project in the northern Gawler Craton, South Australia, has delivered significant results. The recently completed Phase 3 drilling extended the high-grade Rosewood East HMS zone to 6.5km north-south and up to 3.4km east-west, now covering over 22km² within a broader 40km² mineralised footprint. Assays confirmed continuity, thickness, and titanium-rich mineralisation exceeding 70% TiO₂ content.

Exploration also uncovered the new Echo Prospect, a 4.5km long and 2km wide HMS zone, open along a 10km trend, highlighting regional scale potential. Additional saprolitic prospects at Duke, Nardoo, and Claypan may provide further high-grade sources. Looking ahead, PTR plans a Phase 4 drill program to progress Rosewood towards a maiden JORC Resource, while advancing Echo and saprolite targets.
