Pursuit Minerals Ltd (ASX: PUR) has signed a binding agreement with Kurnalpi Gold Pty Ltd to sell its Commando and Warrior Projects in Kalgoorlie and Calingiri, Western Australia, for AU$300,000. The deal includes a refundable deposit of AU$20,000 and a cash settlement of AU$280,000, subject to standard conditions such as due diligence and regulatory approvals. The sale aligns with Pursuit's strategy to streamline its Australian portfolio and focus on high-impact lithium development in Argentina, where its Rio Grande Sur Project has already delivered successful lithium carbonate production at a pilot scale. Funds from the divestment will support scalable operations in Argentina and the exploration of the region's complementary gold, silver, and critical mineral assets. This move underscores Pursuit's commitment to capital discipline and long-term value creation in a Tier 1 jurisdiction for necessary minerals.
