Market Alert: US Sets Tariff Floor at 15% – Potentially Rising to 50% from 01 August 2025
RAS Technology Holdings Limited (ASX: RTH) has reported an increase in annualised recurring revenue (ARR) to AU$21.1 million, up from AU$18.3 million at the end of 1H FY25. This growth includes an AU$1.1 million contribution from its recently finalised Hong Kong acquisition, which adds key racing data and editorial assets. The company attributes this performance to strong new customer acquisition and major contract extensions across markets.
Key partnerships include collaborations with Metric Gaming and Pragmatic Play, and expanded deals with Entain, Sportsbet, and SKY Racing. A Tier-1 client has also adopted RAS’s trading platform globally. CEO Stephen Crispe emphasised the significance of crossing the AU$20 million ARR milestone, highlighting ongoing momentum and a robust sales pipeline that positions the company for continued expansion into FY26 and beyond. The Hong Kong acquisition alone delivered FY24 revenue of AU$3.6 million and is expected to grow further under RAS’s leadership.
