Renegade Exploration Secures Funding to Advance Multi-Region Projects

Renegade Exploration Limited (ASX: RNX), an Australia-based mineral explorer, has successfully raised up to AU$2.29 million through a placement of 763.3 million shares at AU$0.003 per share, accompanied by 381.7 million unquoted options. The funds will support exploration activities across its key assets in Nevada, Yukon, and Cloncurry. Tranche 1 raised AU$942,000 under existing ASX capacity, while Tranche 2—subject to shareholder approval—will contribute the remaining AU$1.35 million. Strategic participation includes contributions from directors and Outland Investments, a company lender. Proceeds will fund field and geophysical programs in Nevada and Yukon, and potentially a second Mongoose Deeps hole in Cloncurry. Remaining capital will help reduce debt and evaluate new opportunities. Renegade’s portfolio spans Australia and North America, including the Cloncurry Copper Project in Queensland, a zinc-lead deposit with critical metals in Yukon, and four gold-silver prospective assets in Nevada’s Walker Lane trend
