RPMGlobal Holdings Limited (ASX: RUL) has reported robust growth in its FY2025 software performance, highlighted by a 30.9% year-on-year increase in Total Contracted Value (TCV) to AU$100.8 million, driven by a significant rise in subscription license sales to AU$100.7 million. Perpetual license sales dropped to just AU$0.1 million, reflecting the company’s strategic preference for recurring revenue streams.
As of 1 July 2025, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) stood at AU$69.1 million, with AU$62.8 million from subscriptions and AU$6.3 million from maintenance. The company also reported a 24.2% increase in pre-contracted, non-cancellable software revenue, reaching AU$200.0 million, to be recognised in future years. Due to the divestment of its Advisory business and the ongoing transition with SLR, RPM will not provide Group financials at this stage. The full audited FY2025 results are expected in late August 2025.
