Sequoia Financial Group Limited Confirms Withdrawal of Revocation Deed Agreement with ASIC

Sequoia Financial Group Limited (ASX: SEQ) has announced that it has reached agreement with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to withdraw the Revocation Deed originally entered into on 12 September 2025. The details of the Revocation Deed were previously disclosed in the Company’s interim report for the half-year ended 31 December 2025. 

As part of the formal process, Sequoia intends to lodge a Form 106 to effect the withdrawal of the Revocation Deed and has stated that the market will be informed once the document has been submitted. The update, approved by the Board for ASX release, represents a regulatory development and indicates the Company’s intention to finalise matters associated with the earlier deed through the prescribed statutory mechanism.
