Spenda Achieves Record FY25 Cash Receipts of AU$11.5 million, up 114% YoY

Jul 29, 2025

Spenda Limited (ASX: SPX), has reported a record AU$3.65 million in cash receipts for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 (Q4 FY25), bringing total FY25 cash receipts to AU$11.5 million—an impressive 114% increase from AU$5.38 million in FY24. Including contributions from Limepay (acquired in September 2024), total group FY25 receipts reached approximately AU$12.2 million.

Key FY25 highlights include the Limepay acquisition, the AU$2 million sale of its invoice finance loan book to Grapple, and the rollout of strategic projects with Capricorn and Carpet Court. Spenda also launched its APG Pay platform on 1 July 2025. Despite achieving its highest-ever quarterly receipts, the Company narrowly missed its AU$4 million Q4 target due to delayed payments. Nonetheless, the strong finish, coupled with lower FY25 operating costs (down 39% YoY to AU$5.64 million), positions Spenda for accelerated growth in FY26, supported by partnerships and a broader rollout across 35,000+ business endpoints.
