Tamboran Resources Advances Beetaloo Development With Pilot Project Sanctioning

Tamboran Resources Corporation (ASX: TBN) reported major progress in the September 2025 quarter, highlighted by the formal sanctioning of the Shenandoah South Pilot Project. The milestone follows the execution of key commercial agreements covering processing, pipeline access and financing. Tamboran also received Native Title Holder consent and approval under the BUG legislation to sell appraisal gas, avoiding flaring and enabling early commercialisation.

Operationally, Tamboran completed the largest drilling program in Beetaloo Basin history, delivering three 10,000-foot horizontal wells ahead of schedule, with stimulation of the SS-6H well now underway. Construction of the Sturt Plateau Compression Facility and associated pipeline is progressing on schedule for mid-2026 first gas.

On the corporate front, Tamboran announced a US$56.1 million public offering, a US$32 million PIPE, and the proposed acquisition of Falcon Oil & Gas, which would expand its Beetaloo acreage to 2.9 million acres.
