TMK Energy Forms Strategic Alliance with J-Energy for Gurvantes XXXV Project

TMK Energy Limited (ASX: TMK) has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Beijing-based energy consultancy J-Energy to accelerate the development of its Gurvantes XXXV Coal Seam Gas (CSG) Project in Mongolia. The partnership, facilitated through industry connections by TMK’s newly appointed non-executive director Mr. Glenn Corrie, aims to support the transition from appraisal to field development. Under the agreement, J-Energy will provide geological, engineering, and project development expertise, assist in preparing a field development plan, and offer operational and logistical support, leveraging its proximity to the Shivee Khuren border crossing for efficient equipment sourcing from China.

Additionally, J-Energy will be incentivized through a success fee to introduce potential financial or project partners, payable in cash or equity upon investment completion. With J-Energy’s track record in Chinese CSG operations and prior success with ASX companies, this collaboration positions TMK to tap into Chinese market synergies and attract strategic partners as the project advances toward its development phase.
