WiseTech Global Appoints Zubin Appoo as Chief Executive Officer

WiseTech Global Limited (ASX: WTC), has appointed Zubin Appoo as its permanent Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr Appoo replaces Andrew Cartledge, who has served as Interim CEO since October 2024 and will retire at the end of 2025.

Zubin is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in scaling and leading high-performance teams. His history with WiseTech began in 2004, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth alongside Co-Founder and Executive Chair Richard White. Since 2018, he has held senior executive roles across the tech and healthcare sectors, including CEO of Find a Carer and CTO positions at InLoop, Flexischools, and HICAPS (NAB). As CEO, Zubin will oversee operational performance, culture, product development, and commercial strategy, while working alongside Richard White on long-term vision and innovation. His appointment reinforces WiseTech’s strong governance and leadership succession planning during a key phase of growth.
