xReality Group Limited (ASX: XRG) continues to strengthen its position as a leader in simulation-based enterprise software for law enforcement and military training. In Q3 FY25, the company reported cash receipts of AU$3.4 million, with strong contributions from its flagship Operator XR (AU$1.5 million) and entertainment segment (AU$1.9 million). Operator XR achieved notable traction in the U.S., securing 12 new clients and raising its Annual Recurring Revenue to AU$4.2 million. A new strategic research partnership with the FBI-endorsed ALERRT Centre further enhances the product’s relevance in high-stress law enforcement scenarios.
Corporate developments included a 48% reduction in total debt, conversion of an AU$4.6 million debt facility into equity, and a new AU$6 million financing arrangement to support growth. The company also established an AI advisory board to integrate intelligent features into its XR offerings. Despite a minor negative operational cash flow this quarter, the long-term outlook remains positive with an AU$29.3 million sales pipeline.
