Strong Investor Backing for Expansion Plans

Victory Metals Limited (ASX: VTM) has successfully secured firm commitments to raise $4 million through a well-supported placement, priced at $0.73 per share. This represents a 15% discount to the last traded price of $0.86 before the trading halt on May 26, 2025. At the time of writing, the placement reflects strong backing from the company’s top 20 shareholders and participation from Victory's board and executive team.

Funding to Accelerate North Stanmore Development

Proceeds from the capital raise will be directed towards advancing the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) and accelerating the development of Victory’s flagship North Stanmore Project in Cue, Western Australia. North Stanmore is Australia’s largest clay-hosted heavy rare earth deposit, strategically positioned along the Great Northern Highway. The placement consists of approximately 5.14 million shares for professional and sophisticated investors and an additional 342,466 shares for directors and management, pending shareholder approval in July 2025. Moreover, 1.8 million unlisted options with a $1.30 exercise price and a two-year term will be issued to unrelated parties.

Victory Metals' CEO and Executive Director, Brendan Clark, expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support and emphasized the strategic importance of the project. He highlighted successful metallurgical test results that recovered seven critical metals under Chinese export restrictions, including gallium and a suite of heavy rare earths.
