Paladin Energy Secures AU$300 million to Drive Growth

Paladin Energy Ltd. (ASX: PDN) has secured AU$300 million in a fully underwritten equity raise, achieved through institutional placements in Australia, a Canadian bought deal, and the sale of treasury shares. The capital raising attracted strong support from new and existing investors globally, highlighting market confidence in Paladin’s growth plans. In addition, a non-underwritten Share Purchase Plan of up to AU$20 million will give eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand an opportunity to participate at the same offer price.

The funds will be primarily directed towards advancing the Patterson Lake South (PLS) Project to a final investment decision, while also supporting the ramp-up of the Langer Heinrich Mine, targeted for full operations by FY2027. This strengthened financial position provides Paladin with greater balance sheet flexibility to execute its dual growth strategy and deliver long-term value as a leading player in the uranium sector.
