Artemis Strengthens Exploration Pipeline with Fresh Capital Raise
Artemis Resources Limited (ASX: ARV) has completed an AU$8 million capital raising to support the next phase of exploration across its gold and copper project portfolio. Strong participation from institutional and sophisticated investors highlights growing market confidence in the company’s exploration strategy and asset base. A key investor in the raising was Jupiter Asset Management, which is expected to significantly increase its shareholding upon completion of the transaction.
The funds will primarily be directed toward maiden drilling at the Cassowary Copper-Gold Project in the Madura Province, alongside exploration programs aimed at expanding opportunities within the company’s Pilbara gold assets. Artemis intends to accelerate field activities and advance priority targets that have the potential to deliver new discoveries and resource growth.
With additional funding now secured, the company is positioned to undertake a more extensive exploration campaign over the coming months. Management expects the strengthened balance sheet to support continuous project advancement, increased drilling activity, and a steady pipeline of exploration results as work progresses across its key assets.
