Battery Age Minerals Receives Green Light to Begin Drilling at El Aguila Gold-Silver Project, Argentina

Battery Age Minerals Ltd (ASX: BM8) has received initial drilling authorization from the Santa Cruz Mining Ministry for its maiden reverse-circulation (RC) drilling program at the high-grade El Aguila Gold-Silver Project in Argentina. This approval marks a key regulatory milestone, with final Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval expected shortly. The company’s 2,000-meter RC drilling program aims to define near-surface resources and explore new mineralization zones across its 91 km² project area. Previous assays revealed outstanding grades, including up to 174.6 g/t gold and 4,739 g/t silver. All contractors, logistics, and infrastructure are in place, with drilling scheduled to begin in November. CEO Nigel Broomham highlighted that the project strengthens Battery Age’s diversified portfolio alongside its Bleiberg Germanium Project in Austria, reinforcing its strategic position across critical and precious metals.
