Can dorsaVi Accelerate Commercialisation of Its Ultra-Edge AI Technologies Following Strong Shareholder Support?
dorsaVi Limited (ASX: DVL) has strengthened its funding position after receiving AU$500,000 through the exercise of 25 million unlisted options by major shareholders. The capital injection provides additional resources to accelerate development and commercialisation activities across the Company’s advanced technology portfolio, including its ultra-edge artificial intelligence platform, RRAM neuromorphic semiconductor technologies and human-robot collaboration intellectual property. Importantly, 22 million of the new shares issued through the option exercise will be subject to a voluntary six-month escrow period, reflecting long-term shareholder confidence in the Company’s strategic direction and growth prospects. Management indicated that key pre-tape-out development work has been completed and a formal design review is scheduled during June 2026. The Company believes its transition to a 22nm node architecture will deliver improved efficiency, higher cell density and enhanced thermal performance, supporting future opportunities across exoskeletons, prosthetics, medical implants, defence applications and industrial robotics markets.
