Centuria Industrial REIT Reports Solid FY26 Performance and Positive FY27 Outlook
Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP) delivered a strong FY26 result, benefiting from healthy leasing activity, rental growth and higher property valuations. Statutory profit reached AU$160.4 million, compared with AU$133.1 million in FY25, while Funds From Operations increased to AU$114.1 million. Net tangible assets also strengthened to AU$4.01 per unit.
The industrial property portfolio maintained solid fundamentals, recording occupancy of 95.2% and a weighted average lease expiry of 7.0 years. Around 226,200 sqm of leasing was completed during the year, while like-for-like net operating income advanced 5.2%. Property valuations increased by AU$116 million, and AU$200 million of asset sales were completed above book value.
For FY27, CIP is targeting Funds From Operations of 18.8–19.2 cents per unit and distributions of 17.3 cents per unit, supported by portfolio optimisation, rental momentum and emerging data centre opportunities.
