Dateline Managing Director Increases Stake with AU$277,000 Investment in Colosseum Growth

Dateline Resources Limited (ASX: DTR) announced that Managing Director Stephen Baghdadi has exercised 13.86 million options, investing an additional AU$277,000, bringing his total personal investment since June 2025 to AU$1.35 million. His ownership now stands at 12%, reaffirming confidence in the company’s Colosseum Gold and Rare Earth Elements (REE) Project in California.

Dateline’s Colosseum Project hosts 27.1Mt @ 1.26g/t Au for 1.1Moz gold, with over 67% in Measured and Indicated categories, and features REE potential similar to the nearby Mountain Pass mine. The company holds over AU$32 million in cash, funding feasibility and expansion work. Baghdadi said the project’s momentum is “undeniable,” citing strong U.S. policy support for domestic critical minerals and upcoming feasibility study milestones as key drivers of long-term value creation for shareholders.
