Sigma Healthcare Delivers Record Growth and Strengthened Governance in FY25

Sigma Healthcare Limited (ASX: SIG) marked FY25 as a transformative year, driven by its successful merger with Chemist Warehouse, creating Australia’s leading retail pharmacy franchisor and full-line pharmaceutical wholesaler. The merger united Sigma’s logistics expertise with Chemist Warehouse’s retail and marketing strengths, resulting in a combined market capitalisation of around AU$35 billion—placing Sigma among the ASX’s top 20 companies.

Governance improvements and a robust related party framework have reinforced transparency and accountability. Financially, the Group delivered outstanding results, with revenue surging 82% to AU$6 billion, normalised EBIT rising 41% to AU$835 million, and NPAT climbing 40% to AU$579 million. Integration efforts are progressing strongly, supported by an upgraded synergy target of AU$100 million per annum. Sigma now operates nearly 900 franchise stores and 14 distribution centres, underscoring its scale and operational efficiency. With strong first-quarter FY26 sales momentum, Sigma is well positioned for continued growth and long-term value creation.
