DGL Group Limited (ASX: DGL) announced that it would undertake four acquisitions over the coming months.
The Company’s strategy is to grow the organically and via acquisitions. DGL believes that with new acquisitions along with its present capabilities, DGL will provide strategic value and offer unique solutions into the agricultural, mining, industrial, municipal and industrial sectors.
However, the acquisitions are conditional upon contractual conditions being met by the Vendors.
