DigiCo Announces Interim Distribution and Evaluates Additional Shareholder Returns
DigiCo Infrastructure REIT (ASX: DGT) has confirmed an interim distribution of AU$0.06 per security for the half-year ending 30 June 2026, providing investors with a scheduled income payment. Eligible security holders on the record date of 30 June 2026 will receive the distribution, with payments expected to be completed in late August. Beyond the current payout, the company is assessing a range of capital management initiatives designed to improve investor returns. Following agreements to dispose of the CHI1 and LAX assets, DigiCo’s balance sheet has been reinforced, creating greater financial flexibility. As a result, management is exploring options to distribute excess capital in FY27, potentially delivering returns above its regular Funds From Operations (FFO) payout levels. Any decision regarding enhanced distributions will be weighed against investment opportunities that could support future earnings growth. The strategy reflects DigiCo’s focus on balancing capital returns with the pursuit of long-term value creation.
