Eureka Acquires Nagambie Lifestyle Park to Expand All-Age Rental Community
Eureka Group Holdings Limited (ASX: EGH) has successfully executed contracts to acquire Nagambie Lifestyle Park, a mixed-use residential community located approximately 140 km north of Melbourne. The acquisition, valued at AU$ 11.0 million, is expected to deliver an initial yield of 7.3%, with a targeted five-year internal rate of return (IRR) of 15.9%. The park, which currently includes 127 revenue-generating sites, offers a range of accommodation options including 75 land-lease homes, 18 park-owned rentals, 19 annual sites, and 15 motel rooms. It also features a community centre, swimming pool, camp kitchen, games room, and laundry facilities. In addition, 26 serviced vacant sites are available, subject to the renewal of the planning permit. Eureka plans to commence the process of reactivating the planning permit, with the potential to add new homes from mid-2026.
