Marquee Resources Advances Gold Potential at Mt Clement
Marquee Resources Limited (ASX: MQR) has commenced a tenement-wide exploration program at its Mt Clement Project in Western Australia, marking a strategic expansion of its exploration focus beyond antimony into gold. Initial orientation rock chip sampling at the historic Black Adder Prospect delivered encouraging high-grade gold results, with assays returning up to 9.7 grams per tonne gold. These outcomes confirm the gold prospectivity of the broader project area and validate Black Adder as the first successfully assessed target under the company’s systematic exploration strategy.
Alongside recent fieldwork, Marquee has undertaken a comprehensive review of historical geological, geochemical, and exploration data, which has resulted in the identification of multiple priority gold targets across the tenement. The mineralisation is interpreted to be part of a broader polymetallic system, supported by strong arsenic and antimony pathfinder signatures. With further field programs planned for 2026 and an updated antimony Mineral Resource Estimate scheduled for Q1 2026, Mt Clement is emerging as a key growth asset with multi-commodity upside for Marquee Resources
