MetalsTech Secures AU$9.4 Million for Sturec Gold Project Development
MetalsTech Limited (ASX: MTC) has successfully raised approximately AU$9.4 million through a share placement, issuing 45.65 million shares at AU$0.205 per share. The placement was well-received by both existing shareholders and new investors, providing crucial capital to accelerate the development of the Sturec Gold Project.
In addition, around 9.76 million shares will be issued to complete the conversion of AU$2 million owed to Minerva Investment Company Limited. The funds raised will be allocated toward completing the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), resource and exploration drilling, environmental studies, community engagement, and working capital. MetalsTech’s Chairman, Trevor Benson, expressed his satisfaction with the strong support received, which enables the company to fast-track the development of this promising gold project.
