Terrain Minerals Limited (ASX: TMX) has recommenced its RC drilling campaign at the Smokebush Gold & Silver Project after the holiday break. The campaign, which includes 34 holes for a total of 6,800 meters, initially started in late November 2025 and was paused for Christmas. Drilling resumed at the Lightning prospect, with 12 holes completed before the break. Following Lightning, drilling will shift to Wildflower, targeting 3 priority IP anomalies. Terrain aims to release a maiden JORC resource by mid-2026.
Notably, the Lightning tenement was successfully converted to a mining lease, and previous drilling has yielded impressive results, including intersections of 22m at 2.71g/t gold and 21m at 15.79g/t silver. The upcoming Wildflower drilling campaign will explore additional targets with a completion timeline expected by April 2026. The company’s cash position stands at $2.49M as of 31 December 2025.
