Firebrick Pharma Gains Further Investment from Philippines Partner

Firebrick Pharma Limited (ASX: FRE) has secured an additional AU$102,000 investment from its Philippines-based strategic partner Pharma Nutria N.A., Inc. (PNAI), affiliated with SV More Pharma Corporation, the company’s exclusive licensee for Nasodine® Nasal Spray in the Philippines. The investment involves the issue of 1.2 million shares at AU$0.085 each, representing a 31% premium to Firebrick’s last closing price of AU$0.065.

This new funding follows PNAI’s earlier AU$1.1 million investment in March 2025, restoring its holding to above 5% after Firebrick’s recent AU$1.4 million capital raise. Executive Chairman Dr Peter Molloy welcomed the investment, highlighting it as a sign of strong confidence in Firebrick’s pipeline and the upcoming Philippines regulatory approval for Nasodine in 2026. PNAI’s Director Paul Santillana reaffirmed commitment to supporting Firebrick’s long-term growth and market expansion.
