Fleetwood Limited Divests RV Solutions to Strengthen Strategic Focus
Fleetwood Limited (ASX: FWD) has agreed to sell the assets of its RV Solutions division, including the Camec business, to Aussie Traveller Pty Ltd under a binding Asset Sale Agreement for a headline purchase price of AU$9.5 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. The transaction is expected to generate approximately AU$7.8 million in net cash during FY27, with an additional AU$3.3 million anticipated in subsequent years following the completion of tax-related adjustments.
While Fleetwood expects restructuring costs of AU$10 million to AU$12 million across FY26 and FY27, the divestment marks a significant step in streamlining operations and sharpening its focus on its higher-priority Community Solutions and Building Solutions businesses. The transaction is scheduled to complete on 1 September 2026, with the RV Solutions division expected to operate at break-even until settlement. The company also reaffirmed its dividend policy, maintaining its commitment to distribute 100% of Net Profit After Tax while assessing future capital management initiatives based on earnings, cash availability, and business requirements.
