Memphasys Limited Delivers Record Commercial Momentum in FY26
Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) reported its strongest quarterly performance to date for the period ended 30 June 2026, driven by accelerating commercialisation of its Felix™ reproductive technology platform. Quarterly revenue reached a record AU$150,000, up 34% from the previous quarter, lifting FY26 revenue to AU$273,000. The company secured its largest-ever commercial agreement through an exclusive 12-month national supply contract with Monash IVF Group, while expanding into the UK with four IVF groups commencing commercial trials. It also strengthened its international footprint through exclusive distribution agreements in Vietnam and Thailand, taking contracted FY26 sales above AU$3.0 million, exceeding its AU$2.0 million target.
Financially, Memphasys completed a AU$1.2 million capital raising, increasing cash reserves to AU$1.18 million while reducing quarterly operating cash outflows by 71% from the December 2025 quarter. Regulatory approvals expected in Vietnam, India and Turkey are anticipated to activate existing commercial agreements and support higher sales. Supported by expanding global partnerships, recurring cartridge demand and improved operational efficiency, the company enters FY27 with stronger commercial momentum and an enhanced platform for long-term growth.
