IODM Expands into US Higher Education with Major Platform Agreement.
IODM Limited (ASX: IOD) has secured a significant agreement to roll out its Connect platform across 283 universities in the United States through its collaboration with TransferMate. The deployment will use a scalable onboarding model, allowing multiple institutions to be integrated simultaneously, improving efficiency and speed of expansion. The platform is designed to enhance accounts receivable management, helping universities streamline collections, improve payment cycles, and reduce outstanding debt. The rollout is expected to begin shortly, with a steady onboarding pace initially, followed by increased implementation as the programme progresses.
Revenue from the agreement is anticipated to start contributing from October 2026. To support the operational scale-up, the company has also arranged short-term funding. This development represents a key milestone in IODM’s international growth strategy, strengthening its presence in North America and supporting its long-term objective of achieving sustainable cash flow generation.
