Legacy Minerals (ASX: LGM) has delivered a comprehensive exploration update across its copper, gold and PGE-focused portfolio, highlighting steady progress with major partners including Rio Tinto Exploration, Earth AI and Hill Tops Gold. At the Thomson Project, Rio Tinto Exploration is preparing a deep-penetrating PDIP geophysical survey to refine targets beneath younger cover sequences, with results expected to guide potential follow-up drilling. At the Fontenoy Project, Earth AI has completed its Stage 1 earn-in, forming a 51/49 joint venture and continuing aggressive drilling after intersecting wide zones of magmatic Ni-PGE mineralisation. Earth AI now advances towards Stage 2 with further drilling and expenditure commitments underway.
At Harden, approvals are progressing for drilling at McMahons Reef, while S2 Resources has withdrawn from Glenlogan, returning full project control to Legacy Minerals. With multiple active programs and continued partner investment, Legacy Minerals sees expanding discovery potential across its diversified exploration pipeline.
